1. To discuss the role and

2. Search databases and network to identify target Candidates

3. Submit Shortlisted Candidates with a CV and Cover Sheet within 24-48 hrs

4. Coordination and management of Client/Candidate interviews

5. Facilitate the feedback process between Client and Candidates

6. Present offer and assist with negotiation if required

7. Maintain regular Candidate contact during the notice period to ensure successful onboarding

8. Month one and three with all parties
