Our Managing Director has a PGC in Systemic approaches to working with individuals, families and organisations 2022 (Distinction) and a PGC in Child, Adolescent and Family mental well-being 2023 (Merit) from the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust/University of Essex.

Recognition of how the individual has worked as part of a larger system, namely, the organisation and their future career objectives are acknowledged and developed in a relevant, contextual setting.

Our Outplacement service is tailored to the individual, irrespective of their objective, be it identifying a new role, setting up a business or even retirement.
