A Senior Analyst looking for your next step up or a Lead Credit Risk Analyst looking for a new challenge?

This is a newly created, high-impact role covering credit policy, referral strategy, portfolio monitoring and underwriting optimisation, balancing effective risk management with sustainable growth. Produce high-quality MI, strategy papers, committee updates and stakeholders on performance and strategic direction. Act as Credit Strategy SME on key projects, including new product launches, system enhancements and channel developments.

Experience required:
* Credit risk or credit strategy experience within consumer lending
* Proven ability to translate data insights into commercially sound recommendations
* Senior stakeholder engagement
* Strong SQL, Python or SAS skills
* Experience of motor finance is a bonus
